Booth plan
The plan view with every graphic panel letter keyed, revised Oct 23 from Star's LAYOUTv3. The restroom aisle at the top is the front of the booth. Scale 3/8″ = 1′-0″ when printed at 100%.
3D model
The full booth with every panel mapped in place. Drag to orbit, scroll or pinch to zoom. From the front aisle, the left tower is Star's C tower and the right tower is B.
Panel schedule
Sizes are in inches, width × height. Trim is the finished visible size; overall is trim plus bleed. CMYK files follow Star's guidelines. RGB masters are the same art in sRGB for fabric printing (see Printer notes 3).
Color
Everything prints as process color; there are no spot colors. CMYK values are converted for Coated FOGRA39 (relative colorimetric with black point compensation). ΔE is how far each color moves when printed CMYK. Anything above 10 changes visibly in CMYK; we have asked Star to advise on how to print those (Printer notes 3).
Core palette
The sunrise gradient
One gradient is mapped by height across the whole booth, deep navy at the top of the towers to orange at the floor. Every panel uses the slice for its own height. Stops are measured from the top of trim. In the files, the gradient continues through the bleed.
Gradient stops for every panel
Every color used, with the panels it appears on
Typography
One family throughout: Barlow (SIL Open Font License). All type is outlined in the print files, so the printer does not need the fonts installed. They are included for any edits.
Logos & assets
Every logo in SVG, CMYK PDF and transparent 3000 px PNG. CMYK EPS versions are in the Logos & QR bundle.
Printer notes
Please confirm items 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7, and advise on item 3, before production.
- Tower letters stay with position; the front content swapped.
Standing in the front (restroom) aisle facing the booth, the left tower is C and the right tower is B. C1 (left, front) now carries the Satori overview. B1 (right, front) carries Satori Governance with the SOC and HIPAA marks. The backs are unchanged: B2 is Catalogue, C2 is View.
- File format.
PDF isn't on the formats listed in Star's guidelines, but last year's package went to Star as single PDFs. Each file has its TrimBox and BleedBox set. Tell us if you need a different format and we'll turn it around the same day.
- Color: please advise.
Royal indigo #3324B0 (the demo counter and light box highlights) and the tower gradient's indigo and violet stops sit outside CMYK and shift by ΔE 30–50 when converted. Please use your best judgment on how to print color for the best result, for example printing the fabric from the RGB masters if your workflow supports it, and tell us if anything in the art should change to get there.
- Safe area.
The widest tower headline line ("leaders make" on C1) sits about 2½″ in from each edge of the 36″ face. Please confirm that clears the frame.
- Light box sizes.
W2, W3 and the demo station follow Star's template overall sizes (120 × 100, 74 × 100, 17.7 × 100). Please check them against the light box vendor's SEG template.
- Curved walls.
D and F are designed for the left curved wall and H and I for the right, as keyed on the plan. Please confirm that assignment matches the structure.
- Tower wings.
Each front tower has a box-shaped wing crossing it, about 12″ out from each side, between the B1 and B2 faces and between C1 and C2. Your renderings show the wings in wood laminate, and they aren't in the A–I graphic template, so we haven't supplied art for them. Please confirm they ship finished in laminate. If they need a graphic or a wrap, or if their sides are lit, send us the sizes and we'll supply art right away.
- QR codes.
B2, C2, W3-A and the end panels W2-N, DS-N and DS-S carry a QR code to https://testdynamics.net/rsna, with the URL printed under each. Please test-scan the proofs.
- Wraps and hidden faces.
W2-S continues W3-A's gradient around the corner. W3-E faces the rear tower's curved wall a few inches away, so it is plain color.
- Hanging sign.
No change. Use the existing + mark artwork; vector logos are in Logos & assets if you need them again.
How the files were made
Artwork is built at 1 in = 8 px and printed to PDF at 100% scale. All type is converted to outlines; no fonts are embedded. Everything is vector except the SOC and HIPAA badges, which are the supplied PNGs at 119–166 ppi effective on B1 and I, above the 100 ppi minimum.
The CMYK files are converted object by object from sRGB to Coated FOGRA39, with the profile embedded as the output intent. Nothing was rasterized in conversion. The RGB masters carry an sRGB output intent.
Every QR code was decoded from the final print files and resolves to https://testdynamics.net/rsna.
